Best Cheesecake Recipe
1 lb. Cream Cheese (Softened)
1/2 c. Sour Cream
1/2 c. Yogurt (I use Dannon Vanilla)
1/3 c. Honey
1 tsp. Vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl whip softened cream cheese. Add the sour cream, yogurt, and honey. Beat till creamy and there are no lumps. (The softer the cream cheese is, the fewer lumps there will be.) Fold in the vanilla.

Bake uncovered at 350 for 15 minutes or until slightly golden on top. Carefully remove from oven and let cool.
Chill 4 hours before serving.
